These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications Solar Energy Calculator and AI Janpratinidhi Sahayak (the "Apps") developed and operated by GYAN VIDDYUT TECHNOLOGY OF INDIA ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the App's source code
• Using the App for commercial purposes without written consent
• Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transferring the license to another person or "mirroring" the App

3. User Accounts

Some features of our Apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. In-App Purchases

Our Apps may offer in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the listed price for the purchased item or subscription
• The payment terms of the Google Play Store
• Our Refund Policy for eligible refunds

All purchases are processed through Google Play's payment system. We do not store your payment card details.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Apps or their servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Apps
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code — are the exclusive property of GYAN VIDDYUT TECHNOLOGY OF INDIA and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Solar Energy Calculator Disclaimer

The Solar Energy Calculator app provides estimates and approximations only. Actual solar energy output, costs, and savings may vary based on factors including but not limited to:

• Local weather conditions and seasonal variations
• Roof orientation, shading, and panel placement
• Equipment quality and installation standards
• Local electricity rates and government policies

We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations and recommend consulting a certified solar installer before making investment decisions.

8. AI Janpratinidhi Sahayak Disclaimer

The AI assistant provides informational guidance only and should not be considered as legal, political, or administrative advice. All AI-generated responses should be verified independently. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GYAN VIDDYUT TECHNOLOGY OF INDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Apps.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GYAN VIDDYUT TECHNOLOGY OF INDIA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Apps ceases immediately
• You must delete all copies of the Apps from your devices
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000
• The Indian Contract Act, 1872
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
